We currently ship across all major cities and towns in India. If you're unsure about your location, feel free to reach out to our support team.
Delivery usually takes 5–7 business days depending on your location:
Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you an email with the tracking details.
You can track your order in two ways:
- Via the shipping partner’s website using the tracking number provided
- Directly from your account by visiting the My Orders section on our website for real-time updates
Currently, we only ship within India. We’re working to expand to international markets soon.
Returns and exchanges

We offer a 7-day return policy for products that are defective or damaged upon arrival.
To initiate a return, contact our support team within 7 days of receiving your order.
Conditions for Returns:
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging
- Return shipping costs may apply unless the item is faulty or incorrect
Once your return is approved, you don’t need to take any action.
We’ll arrange a pickup through our delivery partner—a pickup agent will come to your address to collect the item.
Returns must include:
- Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation)
- The product in its original condition and packaging

Yes, you can cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of purchase by contacting our customer support at info@kvhub.in.
